Latar Belakang Training Project Management Professional (PMP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) merupakan sertifikasi manajer. Proyek yang diselenggarakan Project Management Institute (PMI). Di Indonesia pengakuan terhadap manajer proyek yang memegang sertifikasi “PMP” cukup tinggi. Bahkan, banyak perusahaan yang mensyaratkan para manajer proyek harus memiliki sertifikasi tersebut.
Program pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mempersiapkan peserta menghadapi ujian sertifikasi. Peserta akan dibimbing untuk bisa menyelesaikan soal-soal ujian dan berlatih menggunakan simulator ujian. Materi disusun berdasarkan Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) edisi terbaru.

Metode Training Project Management Professional (PMP)
Pembelajaran disampaikan secara tatap muka, terdiri dari pemaparan materi, tanya jawab, dan latihan soal. Program berlangsung selama 4 hari (setara 32 jam), sesuai dengan syarat yang diperlukan untuk mengikuti sertifikasi PMP. Pembelajaran terdiri dari 3 hari pemberian materi, dan 1 hari pembimbingan latihan soal melalui simulator ujian yang dijalankan secara virtual.
